Riding Booking Calendar

Please book when you are planning to ride in one of our arenas.

To book: Include your First and Last name and Alex Fraser Park Membership number, not your HCBC number. 

This helps us schedule regular maintenance during slow times.  

Only book the time you will be riding, do not book a large block of time and show up sometime within that block.

As we often get requests for arena rentals, our schedule is subject to change without notice. If your scheduled time conflicts with a rental and needs to be removed you will be contacted by the office or receive an email from the Skedda system.

Sometimes events get canceled due to unforeseen circumstances so be sure to review the schedule a couple of times a day as you may be able to improve your riding time.
